Cow Breeds

The Tarentaise cattle breed is known for their low maintenance, docile, high output traits. They are moderately framed with excellent rate of gain that yields high profitability. Calves are born small and are quick to develop due to the maternally unsurpassed cows. Excellent fertility and milk production are common in Tarentaise cows. The Shorthorn cattle breed is a legendary beef producer in both purebred herds and in commercial cross-breeding programs. Their high quality growth and development traits, combined with signature red, white, and roan markings make them a show-ring favorite.
